YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy notice.

GGN Collabs, a collaboration platform by Gulf Good News, uses information you share to handle brand enquiries and creator applications.

Last updated: 27 September 2026.

What we collect

Brand enquiries include company/brand name, contact person, email, contact number, industry, target market, campaign type, budget and details. Creator applications include full name, mandatory social media link, email, contact number, location, content category, follower count, platforms and an optional media-kit link. Please do not send identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information through these forms.

How we use it

We use these details to review and respond to your request, assess relevant collaboration opportunities and keep a record of the conversation. Submitting creator interest does not guarantee selection or paid work. These forms do not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored on our hosting server and are available to authorised GGN Collabs administrators. Creator contact numbers are accessible only to authorised administrators in the authenticated admin panel, private backend storage and administrator exports. They are excluded from notification emails and are never displayed publicly. Other enquiry and application details are emailed to our team’s designated mailboxes, including a Gmail mailbox, so we can respond. Email providers process these messages to deliver and store them. Our hosting providers process information as needed to operate and protect this website. We do not publish your contact details or sell application data. Information is kept while needed to manage your enquiry or application and associated records. You can ask us to correct or delete your details.

Security and cookies

Essential session cookies help protect forms and administrator sign-in. Security controls use limited connection information to prevent abuse. Our web server and Cloudflare may process network information to deliver and secure the site. We do not load advertising pixels or nonessential analytics on this website.

External websites

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, creator profiles, media kits and Gulf Good News lead to external websites with their own privacy practices. Social content is displayed as local images; opening a social link takes you to that provider.
